Wine Club at Scotch 'n Sirloin

Wine Club returns in August to Scotch ‘n Sirloin in Amherst on Wednesday, August 6 at 6 p.m.!

Our friends at Scotch ‘n Sirloin have created a robust and hearty menu specifically for Buffalo State alumni and their guests that guarantees to delight your taste buds! The delicious four-course menu is shown below, and details about the expertly-paired wines will be released soon.

The price per person is only $35, which includes gratuity. Alumni are encouraged to bring friends and family as guests!

First Course
Seafood appetizer of seasoned shrimp cocktail and clams casino, paired with an Italian white wine

Second Course
Chicken teriyaki, paired with a French Beaujolais

Filet mignon topped with nine-spice compound butter, paired with a South American red wine
